To qualify for a valid return, products must be returned in the same condition as received:

• unused
• undamaged
• with original tags attached
• in original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Products returned without prior approval or sent to an incorrect address are not considered valid returns and are not eligible for refunds.
